My partner were lake house hunting, and the first thing he asked when every one of us walked into a lake house was, if the realtor could tell him anything about the Heating and A/C systemâ€¦ Most of the time, the realtor had a packet of information for us, and it offered information on everything from the appliances to the Heating and A/C system, to the sewer! All of us were in a single lake house that looked to be in a state of disrepair.
All of us thought it could be the perfect lake house for us to purchase as a fixer-upper, if the Heating and A/C plan was in fantastic shape. As long as every one of us had a working Heating and A/C plan for the first more than four years, every one of us would be ecstatic! There was no information packet, and the realtor knew nothing about the house, but he called the realtor that listed the house, and he said it was a iPhone in listing. The people lived out of state, and offered his all the information over the iPhone. My partner asked if he could look around the lake house on his ownâ€¦ He went into the attic, the basement, and the garage. He couldn’t find even a hint of Heating and A/C! When he came back to us, he told me he was done looking! It looked to him, love the owners had taken everything out of the house, except the wiring, and some of that had been stripped from the house. He said he was done looking and every one of us would resume looking when Winter was over. The realtor must have done his own investigation, because he called the next morning and apologized for taking us to the house.
