When it comes to raising our teenagers or managing our team, I’m not the sort who gets into yelling or screaming… I’ve consistently hated that approach plus find it completely counter productive; and when there is an issue inside the zone controlled heating as well as A/C of the office, I simply address it… However, there are no histrionics or threats.
