My first A/C job for a commercial property

My associate and I even advised the patron to consider another style of Heating & A/C, however they were sure that what they wanted was possible

My first task as an a/c worker over 5 years ago was for a patron who’d contracted our a/c company for multi-break a/c components with several splits. I remember how they seemed to guess more about a/c systems than I did before going to school. Still, I figured it was because they owned various properties in addition to that had interacted with cooling industry experts. They knew what to look for in a quality AC in addition to what their commercial property needed to avoid future air quality troubles with the renters. My associate and I were to devise a layout for how the Heating & A/C installation could be done to ensure that the tenants in the building were comfortable. More accurately, the patron wanted the a/c provider to install quality Heating & A/C unit in each space while allowing “dump zones” for the extra air so that the temperature control would work more efficiently. I didn’t get what he was saying since it was my first task, so I got the help of a senior AC serviceman who understood how to bring the client’s vision to life. The installation cost, according to how the patrons wanted the unit installed, was high, however they were ready to spend their money for the total price. The patron said that compromising his renter’s comfort would only lead to more Heating & A/C repair calls because they would keep trying to make the AC units work for their comfort, which would cause damage. It was an intensive task because my friends and I had to draw up the layout various times to get it right. My associate and I even advised the patron to consider another style of Heating & A/C, however they were sure that what they wanted was possible. My associate and I did it eventually, which was such a reading curve for me. We’ve only had a single a/c repair call from that property, so the tenants are delighted.
