Max has decided that she wants to transfer into the local retirement neighborhood and I told her that I would help her get her apartment ready to sell.
However, the local realtor told us that before Max and I even thought about putting this apartment on the market, all of us needed to put in a modern HVAC system.
I know Maxs HVAC plan is pretty ancient and worn down and nobody wants to buy an apartment if it doesn’t have a high quality, high efficiency HVAC plan in it anymore. At least, that is what the local realtor told us. I truthfully can’t say that I totally trust this person because I haven’t worked with this particular realtor before. However, I do know that he is a skilled professional in the realty business. I just don’t understand why it’s so important to have a modern HVAC plan and Max’s apartment before all of us put it on the market. It seems love all of us could go ahead and try to list it and see if all of us get any interest without a modern HVAC plan being installed in it. I know the local realtor is just trying to get top dollar for Max and also because of the commission that he is going to make from selling it! I don’t know. Either way, I know Max and I are going to have to go ahead and start finally working with a local HVAC supplier to get the heating and cooling plans upgraded. Max told myself and others that she also wants to get the duct task professionally cleaned in the apartment so that all of us can put that on the listing info sheet as well.
