I constantly thought that it would be a nice memory for our adolescents to have and I actually wanted a single myself! When I told my hubby what I was thinking, he was not actually all that enthusiastic about it at first, but then the more both of us talked about it, the more he started to think that it wouldn’t be that poor of an idea to get a current wood burning fireplace installed at our house.
This past January, both of us had a fireplace in our home for the first time ever, i’ve been wanting to get a fireplace for a long time, however we’ve never had a single in a home that both of us have lived in before. I remember back when I was a child growing up in the northern section of the country. My Grandparents used to have a world burning fireplace that they would start using at the start of the holidays and then they would use it all Wintertide long… The wood burning fireplace didn’t provide off all that much heat, however it sure did make my Grandparents’ home think nice and cozy during the holiday season, and ever since then, I constantly wanted to have my very own wood burning fireplace. I constantly thought that it would be a nice memory for our adolescents to have and I actually wanted a single myself! He went and talked to our local Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier to see how much it would cost to have a current fireplace installed at our house. I guess it turned out to be much less lavish than both of us originally thought that it was going to be. He decided to surprise me with it as a Christmas gift and I have to say that I loved it more than any other gift that I’ve ever acquired! Having a fireplace for the first time ever was just lovely and now I can’t wait for next year.
