I was completely and totally unimpressed with the accommodations that my spouse and I had the last time the two of us stayed in a hotel.
I was so frustrated that I wanted us to leave in the middle of the evening.
My spouse was tired and wanted to get some sleep, otherwise the two of us would have gone back home a afternoon early. As soon as the two of us arrived at the hotel, I found the site to be old and dirty. I did not believe the pictures online have been updated in a honestly long time. I wanted to cancel our reservations when I saw our room and the Heating and Air Conditioning component that looked to be at least 10 years old. Every time the component came on, the room filled with an bad stench that nearly knocked myself and others out. It was awful. I called the manager to complain about the Heating and Air Conditioning method and the guy seemed adore he did not particularly care that the two of us had an issue. He did not offer to switch our room and he did not offer to send someone to help. His response to my concern was to say that these kinds of problems can happen from time to time because the component is old. I already knew the concern was happening because of the age of the Heating and Air Conditioning unit, so I did not need the guy to tell myself and others that information. When I got off the phone with the front desk clerk, I told my spouse that the two of us were going to pack up our bags and leave. That’s when he said that the two of us weren’t going to leave, because he was tired and needed to get some rest.
