It's taxing to have a roommate

After I lost my task during the quarantine, I had a taxing time finding something.

I used all of my savings to spend money my rent, automobile payment, and gas bill.

I did not have a lot of money left over for anything, so I had to find a roommate hastily. One of my old co-workers named Jack offered to transfer into the second family room in my home and share the rent 50/50. The guy was still living at home with his parents so it was a good transition to make, because he wasn’t going to be alone, however he was still sort of on his own. His mom and Mom paid the security deposit and more than one months rent when he moved into the apartment. I adore Jack a lot, however I have entirely observed some behaviors that drive myself and others crazy; Jack enjoys the indoor temperatures much colder than me. I normally have the thermostat temperature set at 68 degrees. The afternoon Jack moved in, he made a comment about living in a steam room. I thought he was joking, however obviously he was telling the truth. Every afternoon when I wake up after Jack, I adjust the thermostat from 82° back up to 68 degrees. This has been going on for the past few weeks. I don’t suppose all of the shifts in temperature are good for the thermostat or the cooling system, however I don’t want to argument with my new roommate when the guy just moved in. The indoor temperature seems adore such a trivial thing to argue about when one of us can put on a sweatshirt or put on a pair of shorts.
