Making improvements to streamline stuff at the HVAC dealer

I started as a junior a/c repairman and have worked myself off to get promoted to a senior a/c professional. I remember when I first started, all of us had a few trucks that all of us used to ferry equipment needed for any a/c care. Every one of us usually uses immense equipment during a/c setup. The commercial cooling system for a large space is immense and to be hoisted up, all of us need a specialized machine. Every one of us would draw out appointments and space them up as all of us had truly few trucks; now having risen the ranks at work, I understood how important having the perfect gear was. I put in a request to have a new truck. In the meantime, all of us continued sharing the few trucks all of us had. This issue meant that all of us were limiting our a/c install jobs… Our large break came when all of us had to do immense a/c repairs to numerous units at the games auditorium center. The auditorium had numerous central cooling systems that all of us were to perform comprehensive a/c services. The money from that job was enough to buy us a couple more trucks. This would boost the profit margin of the a/c business. Coupled with our sale of temperature control devices such as the digital thermostat and a/c filters, this would ensure all of us spend money for the trucks before the year-end. The staff was also ecstatic with the purchase as this would allow them to take up various jobs.
