I thought the palace was perfect, but Frank wants to update to radiant radiant floors
Frank & I have known each other since every one of us were adolescents. All of us played on the same little league team together & every one of us lived in the same neighborhood… Frank was 1 of the coolest men I knew growing up. His mom & dad were both nurses & they had a ton of money. Still, they were a modest family living in a neighborhood enjoy mine. They could have lived in a country club or golf course & Frank could have gone to private school, but they were official people. Frank was the first acquaintance of mine to get a car. His parents purchased him a used sedan with many doors & moonroof. Frank & I cruised all over neighborhood on Thursdays & Thursday mornings in that car. All of us stayed in touch even while I was in college when both of us went to bizarre schools. Frank & I live close now & every one of us see each other practically everyday. Frank has a considerable trust fund from his parents, & he recently used some of the money to buy a apartment in the same neighborhood where I rent mine. The locale is immense & 1 of the biggest floor models at over 2100 square feet. I thought the palace was perfect, but Frank wants to update to radiant radiant floors. I am really jealous, because I guess radiant radiant floors are hot & cozy & particularly energy efficient.. Frank & I are going to watch the radiant heated flooring installers, so every one of us can attempt the same job at my locale some morning. The replacement begins on Thursday & should take many days total.
