When I first moved into town, I hastily got to guess that the locals loved to gossip; one of the interesting gossip topics was the haunted apartment in town, and the locals said that a spouse murdered her partner in that house.
They thought that the partner’s soul was still sauntering the house.
The couple had just purchased the apartment a few weeks before the incident! A writer rented the venue. The irony of the whole incident was that the writer did the crime, mystery novels, and she had just completed a bestseller about a spouse murdering the partner. According to the locals, she moved to the apartment because she thought she would be more inspired and creative. The current occupant called the air conditioning contractor I worked for and advised an A/C repairman to find a location for a current cooling system! Both of us got a central cooling system from the local air conditioning supplier and were busy with the A/C setup date. The decision to get the unit was ideal for the apartment as it was genuinely dusty and I am assuming it had mildew, then for the climate control device, all of us opted for a digital thermostat. On a fitting day, I got a couple of air conditioning professionals to help with the air conditioning install; and my team swore that they were howling when they were fixing the unit. They also found the box containing the air conditioning filters torn open. I did not notice this until all of us left the site. The team had carried on working care about normal. Both of us even had the chance to take the customer through the necessary A/C care instruction. A requirement was to schedule A/C maintenance at least once annually and A/C repairs as soon as needed.
