The sound wasn't the HVAC after all

My partner in addition to I noticed some different sounds in the kitchen in addition to they appeared to be coming from the ductwork above the bed… I tried to go into the attic to find the source of the sound; When the HVAC component was running, it was strenuous to determine where the sound was coming from.

  • Since I was pretty sure that the sound was coming from the ductwork, I decided to contact the local repair service, but they came to help us on Monday, when my partner in addition to I were both lake lake house at the time.

The repairman performed a complete repair tune up on the heating in addition to air conditioner plan in addition to he also looked for the location of the different sound. The repairman was in the attic for a while; He had the air conditioner plan turned off while he was in the attic… Maybe that was the reason why I could not locate the sound, because I did not turn off the HVAC plan while I was in the attic. I thought the noise was coming from the system, so I left it on. The repairman told my partner in addition to I that the sound was not coming from the plan in addition to appeared to be a piece of metal connected to 1 of the ductwork connections. The repairman secured the piece of metal with a screw in addition to encouraged us to keep listening for the sound. He believed it was not going to come back, but told us to listen carefully.
