A misunderstanding with an a/c worker

Airbnb was a dream.

  • It had all the amenities we wanted and more, and I could not wait to start our two-week vacation.

When we got there, there were fresh banana muffins that were delectable. Everything in the house was in order. From the minute you walked into the place, you could tell that the air quality was outstanding, which had to be courtesy of the quality air conditioner installation that they had colorfully described. The description had even gone ahead to add that air conditioning maintenance is done twice a year. Next to a list of house guidelines, there was the contact information of an air conditioning company which I hoped we would not need. It would be inconvenient to call an air conditioning supplier for a/c repair. The first week went so well we wanted to extend our vacation, but something happened during the beginning of the second week we tried to bail out of there. On a Tuesday, an a/c worker woke us up, claiming that he was there to install new air conditioning. When I told him that our air conditioner was okay, he insisted that it needed a/c service. I immediately called the homeowner and asked her why they scheduled a/c care plan was during our stay. She apologized and told us that the a/c representative must not have gotten the reminder that our cottage was not among the ones to receive a/c care. The air conditioning business ruined our morning. After all, we were planning to sleep in because we had come in late, and it took us almost two hours before we fixed the misunderstanding.
