So we met with the HVAC professionals to get an idea about what in now available when it comes to HVAC technology. For sure, my wife and I were quite blown away by all the changes. Our old HVAC unit was quite standard when we got it nearly 25 years ago. So when we saw the new stuff, we were sort of taken aback. However, the HVAC professionals also let us know that having the latest in HVAC equipment is really adding value to our home. This is a big part of our thinking as well. We’ve made upgrades to our home in the recent years and have enjoyed the improvements. However, we also made some of those changes with the idea that it was adding value to our home. Same goes with the latest in residential HVAC. Having a house that is attractive to prospective buyers just adds options for us when it comes to selling it. And that is definitely something that is on our radar as the kids are not too far from being completely out on their own once the graduate college. Having the best and latest HVAC technology has just added to our ability to get the most from our home when and if we decide to sell in the next few years.
