In the twelve weeks of working in a new air conditioner business, the time had come for me to showcase the skills that I had acquired plus the confidence I would have in executing the tasks given.
We called this day the plain-cloth day because it was a day where junior a/c workers were initiated into a/c representatives that could head a team at a task site, then on the plain-clothes day, the two of us were assigned a senior air conditioner corporation to supervise our work plus at the end of the day supply feedback plus a score! Just after the two of us were assigned our supervisors, a call came into the air conditioner business offices, and the shopper was complaining that his A/C was not working fine; He pointed out that the air quality had significantly decreased.
The plan was also making peculiar noises. The shopper was upset because it was not long ago that the A/C installation was done, then my supervisor chose this case plus the two of us headed to the customer’s residence. The shopper assured us that he had busy the first air conditioner service session with a peculiar corporation. When I examined the plan in the course of running the a/c repair, I observed that the components were covered in dust plus dirt! I upgraded the filters plus illustrated the process to the shopper so he could change them in the future as part of a/c care. The steps were also outlined on the a/c care plan that the shopper could refer to! After I was done with the a/c service, the component was prefer a new cooling system. I parked up our gear plus the two of us left the shopper fully pleased. I got a full score plus passed that session.
