I sent the modern Heating, Ventilation and A/C filters back because they had a unusual chemical smell to them

I was speechless when I saw the results

There is a certain online marketplace that I use for a big portion of our essential purchases. I love their more than one-day delivery offers, low prices, plus easy return process. The last point is key, because a corporation that covers a volume of corporation that big is bound to make mistakes. You have to let your purchasers make returns if they end up with a terrible product. Otherwise you’re going to have angry purchasers on your hands that leave scathing reviews about “money plus time wasted,” which seem to be the recurring words that drone on from the chorus of complaints. I have had mostly superb experiences until the pandemic started, then the large increase in volume plus a lack of quality employees made their customer repair drop in a noticeable way. Recently I ordered what I believed to be high quality Heating, Ventilation and A/C filters with a massively high MERV rating of 14 plus a layer of charcoal crystals on 1 side. The comparable filter from 3M at the hardware store is only MERV 12 plus costs more per unit. Unfortunately, these filters had a unusual chemical smell so I put them next to our smart whole-house air purifier which can track VOC levels. I was speechless when I saw the results. It tracked a noticeably increase in VOC levels while the comparable 3M filter had a VOC level of 0. I assume terrible for people who use this air filter in their Heating, Ventilation and A/C method plus then have to deal with the horrible VOCs that are linked to the filter itself plus then dealing with the VOCs getting into the Heating, Ventilation and A/C method at large.
