I usually take my cold plunge into the Mediterranean Sea around 930am each morning.
The air is still quite crisp at this time of the day but it really wakes me up and charges me for the day.
I come home right after the dip to jump in the hot water in my bathtub with the space heater right next to me heating the bathroom to a sauna-like temperature. I stay in the hot water for about 30 minutes and then follow it with a cold water rinse to jolt me awake once again. Give it a try sometime if you have any pain or want to wake up quickly. Cold and hot therapy is great for the body and if you have a good HVAC system to keep your house warm you can just take a cold shower and once you dry off you will warm up again quickly. I like the sea because of its healing properties, and just being around nature makes me feel better. I need to run my whole home air purifier today because I have a lot of flem in my throat from the dust and will start sneezing a lot if I don’t remove the dust from the air in my flat. I usually run it a few times a week to clear the air along with my HEPA filter vacuum cleaner robot taking care of all of the dust on the floor. It’s an OKP Life Robot vacuum cleaner and it works very well considering it is one of the cheapest models.
