Apples, kefir, and yoga for my morning routine

Every morning I have an apple with kefir for breakfast and then do my yoga routine.

I prefer to drink kefir instead of yogurt because it is loaded with probiotics and has more strains of the great bacteria.

Morning yoga is as important as brushing my teeth. I have been doing it every single morning for the past 12 years or so. Yoga keeps my body flexible and teaches my mind to be persistent and patient. I am going to work on the indoor air quality in this beach house after yoga because there is a lot more dust than before, and I think I may need to buy a whole house air cleaner to remove it. Since I’ve been sneezing a lot lately, I’ll buy a ppm meter to check the air quality this week even though I’m sure it’s not great. Despite checking the HEPA filter in the central air unit, it was clean, so I guess I have to do something else to get the air cleaner. I will go down to the hardware store that sells air cleaners to find out what the latest ones are and how they work. I cleaned our ductwork a few weeks ago, thinking it would solve our problem, even though I still have issues with dust everywhere. The beach house I live in probably has a lot of dust in the walls and attic, so I need to remove it as soon as possible.
