My little sibling has consistently been pretty stubborn as well as never wants to listen to any nice advice, well, recently he got into a bit of trouble because he wanted to terminate his lease early. I was the one who told him from the start that he should be careful about signing a lease contract as well as he should make sure he understands everything within the contract, especially when it comes to early lease termination, but he said he would not have any issues, but then he ended up losing his task. He had issues with the Heating plus A/C in the home too as well as he complained to the property owner about all that. The property owner started to become miserable though because he was paying his rent late as well as he said he wasn’t going to fix the Heating plus A/C until my sibling was caught up on rent. Well, having lost his task, it was taxing for him to do this. I ended up helping him get a lawyer, but there wasn’t much that could be done because my sibling technically was violating his lease as well as he just wanted to move out as well as quit paying rent altogether. When he did this though, he had to go back to court as well as he had to pay some hefty fees to the property owner. The property owner of course repaired all the Heating plus A/C component after my sibling moved out of the house. It’s a shame he didn’t listen to my advice early on, despite the fact that I recognize he at least l gained a pricey lesson here. In the meantime, I’m letting him stay with myself and others for a short while until he can get back on his feet. He’s currently studying to become an Heating plus A/C worker which I think is a wise job choice.
