We actually got a fantastic deal on the previous property we bought.
We had roughly 50 acres of land and a pretty nice condo along with it.
We were talking about plowing the land and farming it and even planting orchards so that we could grow a lot of fruit. We mostly just wanted to grow peachs and corn, but there were other things we planned on growing as well. When we were fixing up the fields and digging into the earth, I was stunned when black stuff came rushing up like it was eager to fly out of the ground. It turned out that we struck oil and our property was loaded with it. We had a lot of oil companies interested in our land after that and they convinced us to sell for a important price. We ended up selling the land for about half a billion dollars. We never thought we would become so rich and realized that we would never have to labor again. Of course, we wanted to labor and we ended up buying another property with just as much land, but we got a honestly nice home. We decided we would focus mostly on building a family but we didn’t want to spoil our children too much since we were loaded. We went with the previous method though, we just wanted to farm. Of course, we were able to hire local contractors to help us with everything we needed. We even had a honestly nice Heating and A/C system in our home with rapid heating and cooling technology. Not to mention, there are motion sensors for all the different sections of the condo so the heating and cooling automatically adjusts according to where you are in the house. I never expected to live in such a extravagant condo to be honest.
