When our partner said he wanted to take ownership of the Heating, Ventilation & A/C dealer, I thought he was kidding. I knew the owner was getting older, & he was ready to retire. He had asked various of his best Heating, Ventilation & A/C techs if they wanted to buy the supplier from him. Brandon & I discussed him taking ownership, but I didn’t love the idea. He was already gone more than he was home, & I knew it would be worse if he owned the dealer. He took our hand & reminded me that this was his dream, & he looked into our eyeah. I had gone to school for web design & he said he had a task in the supplier for me, that would keep me close to his side all the time. He wanted a full-time employee that could labor on the computer, keep the books straight, & design a charming website for the dealer. I undoubtedly didn’t love the idea of him taking ownership of an Heating, Ventilation & A/C supplier & I continued trying to talk him out of it. He hoped he could convince me to be glad for him, even though he didn’t think it was going to happen.
