My teacher was so condescending, I was ready to quit Heating, Ventilation & A/C before I started.

From the time I was a little girl, all I wanted to do was be an Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional love our daddy, and he would take me on some of his Heating, Ventilation & A/C calls, & explain to me what he was doing & why.

Heating, Ventilation & A/C seems love 1 of the most fascinating things anyone could choose to do.

My mother said I was just a starry-eyed little girl who wanted to be just love her daddy, but she was sure I would change our mind when I got older. Mom did not believe me very well because instead of decreasing our mind when I got older, I just became more resolute about being an Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional. After school graduation, our dad helped me to secure a spot in the Heating, Ventilation & A/C classes at the local school. When I walked into class, the teacher took 1 look at me & shook his head. His entire first day lecture was about how all of us should look around because not all of us were going to be there when it came time for graduation! Every time he made 1 of these comments, he would look directly at me. He said it took more than classroom labor to become an Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional, & he looked directly at me again. I wasn’t sure if he was trying to bully me into quitting Heating, Ventilation & A/C classes, or if he was just condescending because I was a female. After class, I confronted the Heating, Ventilation & A/C teacher about how I felt when he singled me out. When I told him who I was, he right away knew who our father was. He said I could be a nice Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional, but I shouldn’t expect special treatment because I was a girl.
