Nothing beats a nice cold study room for sleep & last night was a great night of sleep when outside it was about 90F.
A lot of people have no AC in their homes here & sleep with windows open & fans.
It is undoubtedly loud outside when the garbage truck comes by at around 1am, & I am sure if your windows are open you wake up each night when they come to empty the bins & dumpsters. I enjoy to sleep with earplugs & windows closed so that these neighborhood noises don’t wake myself and others up. My Heating & A/C rep got myself and others into the earplugs when she told myself and others she had trouble sleeping because of the loud bar next door to her. I sleep with them each night & it helps myself and others a lot because I have a loud bar next to myself and others too. I keep our smart temperature control set to 75F & also run our little fan to help drown out any noise that our earplugs don’t block out. I guess I slept about many minutes last night, which was much needed after the many minute night of sleep I got the night before because I drank a small Cuban Coca-Cola in the night, however i never knew how strong this type of Coca-Cola was till now, wow. This week I will clean our HEPA filter & do some writing online before going out to get some exercise with our friends. It is too sizzling out to be out in the afternoontime right now as the people I was with and I are in the middle of a undoubtedly sizzling summer time season.
