From No HVAC Tune Ups to Two HVAC Tune Ups

I’ve also been told that my HVAC system will have a longer life if I continue to have it serviced twice a year

I used to be the person who never had their HVAC system serviced. When I was young and naive, I thought my heat and air would run no matter what, but I quickly learned that that wasn’t the case when my HVAC system blew up one summer. The HVAC company that I hired to replace the dead HVAC system gave me a stern lecture about the importance of HVAC maintenance. At the time, I was spending thousands of dollars on a new HVAC system and the last thing I wanted to hear was that I needed to spend more money. However, I knew that I didn’t want my HVAC system to blow up again, so I compromised with myself and agreed to have it serviced once per year. I noticed that having my HVAC system serviced was actually beneficial because a trained professional was making sure my HVAC system was functioning properly. I also noticed that my HVAC system rarely had any issues since it was being cared for. This year, I decided to have my HVAC system serviced twice instead of once because I wanted to see if it made a difference. Although the jump from one HVAC tune up to two wasn’t as drastic as no tune ups to one, I still noticed a difference. I can honestly say that my HVAC system runs more efficiently, I experience no technical issues, and I feel confident that everything is running properly. I’ve also been told that my HVAC system will have a longer life if I continue to have it serviced twice a year. I feel like such an adult.
