Making a Big Pot of Spaghetti Sauce This week

I am in the mood for some homemade pasta sauce with ground turkey or chicken in it.

I don’t like to eat a lot of green meat anymore so I have replaced chicken in location of beef when it comes to adding meat to the dish.

I like to top it off with a slice of cheese when served to provide it a lasagna type of taste. I will make a huge pot of it today plus freeze some of the leftovers for future times when I don’t assume like cooking a meal from scratch. My Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C specialist buddy is from Italy plus she gave myself and others the recipe for this sauce a few years back plus I haven’t modified it at all because it is the best sauce I have ever tasted. That girl absolutely knows how to make a wonderful pasta sauce, wow! So, today is Saturday plus I am still in my pajamas as I type at a little past noon. I went to bed early last night plus just stayed in bed extra long this morning to rest my body from all of those games on the beach last night with my local company buddy plus volleyball partner. The two of us won most of our games plus had a lot of fun but I am pretty sore now as a result. I recognize this evening I am going to bring my drum to the beach plus play some music plus sing. I can’t wait for my Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C tech buddy to come back from trip as both of us play music together each week.
