Jackie had a difficult couple of nights; her cooling device broke down a few nights ago, & she might have disfigured the entire system to fix it. It all started a few nights ago when Jackie heard the quality cooling device making unusual noises, and because it had been such a long day, Jackie ignored the noises & headed to bed. The following day, she tried adjusting the temperatures & found that the settings on the temperature control were just fine, but the temperature did not change. Jackie called the cooling company to check the cooling equipment! Since it was while in the busy season, she could only manage to get an appointment 2 nights away… During this time, Jackie made the choice to use the internet as her educator. There was so much information about Heating, Ventilation and A/C devices it was overwhelming. Trying to learn more about air conditioner devices genuinely proved too much, so she searched for general information about the cooling industry. After hours of research & trying to fix the unit, she resigned to waiting for the cooling specialist! Finally, Jackie’s appointment day came, & she was actually shocked to see a particularly young cooling tech who must have been the brand new worker they had told her about because she had never met him. The cooling representative completed the air conditioner repair, & the cooling device was as fantastic as new. The help with indoor comfort by the mini-split cooling device was better than before it even malfunctioned! However, in her quest to fix the drawback, Jackie made an expensive mistake. Replacing a particular part, and interfering with the air conditioning system was a lesson she had learned the hard way.
