I’ve consistently considered myself as a type A personality who is consistently on top of things.
I have lists for everything, everything in my house has a site, & I am never late. There is rarely a time when something slips between the cracks & I neglect a responsibility or chore. Last week though, I realized that I’d legitimately forgotten something major & I was desperate to have it fixed… Right as the cooler weather arrived, I turned on my heat pump & waited for the overheated air to flow through the air vents. After a few hours though, it finally dawned on me that there wasn’t any heat coming & my house wasn’t getting any warmer. If anything, it was getting colder! Despite having my heat pump diagnosed a few weeks prior, my heat pump went out & I was left without heat in my home. I immediately contacted the Heating, Ventilation & A/C corporation & suggested an Heating, Ventilation & A/C worker to come repair it. The Heating, Ventilation & A/C worker had dealt with heat pump concerns prefer mine in the past & he was confident that my thermostat wasn’t getting an accurate reading of the temperature of my home. This was causing my heat pump to get confused & not heat my house respectfully, but once he recalibrated the thermostat though, the heat began pumping through the air vents prefer I wanted! Before leaving, the Heating, Ventilation & A/C worker commanded that I invest in a smart thermostat since they were more modern & had less technical concerns than traditional thermostats.
