An HVAC professional is worth their guarantee

Sometimes, I can hear things that initially sound wrong to me but I start to see a different perspective the more I think or hear about it.

It’s not that I’m the sort who is ready to wholesale dive into any sort of doctrine or dogma. That’s not really my style. But I do have this way of seeing both sides of the story. That comes in handy as a manger inside the zone controlled HVAC of the office. I handle plenty of challenges and even a dispute here and there. But I try to remember that we’re all human and have reasons for the way we behave. I try hard to remember this when challenges arise inside the commercial HVAC of the office. However, I can sort of dupe myself sometimes with other things. Like the fact that I’ve always gotten HVAC maintenance on our HVAC equipment. Since I became a homeowner, I either called for HVAC maintenance or was a part of an HVAC service plan. But then, I started listening to how my neighbor saved tons of money without HVAC maintenance because he had a handyman. This handyman was supposedly once a licensed HVAC technician. I was intrigued enough to call to check this guy out. And that one call reminded me right away that my original thoughts were on track. First of all, this guy had worked for an apartment complex and took a few classes on HVAC. He was by no means any sort of licensed and or certified HVAC professional. And there was one question that verified that for sure. That was when I asked him if he guaranteed his work. Of course, he didn’t.
