A modular building or home is a prefabricated construction that consists of strange sections, all of the sections can be created in a warehouse plus then delivered individually to a single site; The prefabricated sections are put together by a construction crew, however modular homes are not as high-priced as traditional homes, but i considered several strange types of homes when I purchased a piece of property.
At first I was just going to put a mobile home on the property.
I looked at several strange mobile homes that were affordable plus undoubtedly nice… When I saw the modular home builders, I fell in appreciate with 1 certain floor plan. I liked the chop floor plans that had the living rooms on 1 side plus the rest of the house on the other, and both of the sections of the modular home were supposed to be delivered on Tuesday. The construction crew was ready plus waiting to work on the installation procedure… Unfortunately, only 1 of the pieces arrived on Tuesday, and half of the house arrived 1 morning plus the other half of our house arrived more than one days later, then construction was set back by 2 days while the two of us waited for the other half of our house. That was really the only problem that the two of us had the whole time that the house was being built. It only took a few months to go from a flat piece of land to a home with a grassy lawn, driveway, plus privacy fence. My house looks the same as most of the other homes in the town. I don’t guess you could absolutely tell that it was modular unless you were looking at the bones plus the foundation.
