My Grandmother Flo decided that she is ready to move into a local retirement village plus I told her that I would help her get her old house ready to sell.
However, the realty agent told us that before Flo and I even thought about putting the home on the market, Flo and I needed to put in a current Heating and Air Conditioning system. I believe Flo’s Heating and Air Conditioning proposal is rather outdated plus rickety plus nobody wants to buy a home if it does not have a high quality, higher efficiency Heating and Air Conditioning proposal in it anymore. At least, that is what the realtor told us. I easily don’t know that I totally trust this person because I have never worked with this particular realtor before. However, I believe he knows what he’s talking about since he is the biggest professional in the realty business. I just don’t understand why it’s so pressing to buy a current Heating and Air Conditioning proposal plus our Flo’s home before the people I was with and I put it on the market. It seems enjoy Flo and I could go ahead plus list it plus see if the people I was with and I get any major interest without a current Heating and Air Conditioning proposal being installed in it. I believe this realtor is just trying to get top dollar for Flo plus also because of the commission that he is going to get from selling it! I don’t know. Either way, I believe Flo and I are going to have to go ahead plus start really working with a local Heating and Air Conditioning tech to get the heating plus cooling proposal upgraded. Flo also told me that she also wants to get the duct work professionally cleaned in the home so that Flo and I can put that on the listing information sheet as well.
