One of the greatest luxuries I have in my life are the heated floors at my gym.
I pay a monthly fee to hold a gym membership at one of the nicest gyms in the city and so far, it’s been worth every penny.
I was hesitant to pay the price simply for a membership, but the amenities were unlike anything I ever experienced at a gym before. For example, the floors in the locker room are heated! This was a huge surprise to me until someone else pointed them out to me. I was always super hesitant to shower at the gym because of how cold it can get, but the heated floors make the experience more luxurious. Of course, I wear shower shoes when I shower, but the warmth from the floors is so powerful that I can sometimes feel it through my shoes. The radiant heated floors also produce a slight warmth in the locker room that wouldn’t be there without the radiant heat. I had never heard of radiant heated floors in a community gym before, so this has always seemed extra special. I know it’s a small touch, but it makes a huge difference when you’re someone like me who has to shower before heading to work after a workout. It also saves me so much time because I don’t have to rush home to shower and get ready for work. The heated floors at the gym make the showering experience so much more enjoyable and I actually look forward to going to the gym because of them. I know I pay a hefty price each month for my gym membership, but the heated floors remind me that it’s worth it.
