The HVAC company made a mistake with the billing

When I was waiting for my heating plus a/c repair bill to arrive so I could pay it, it was taking a while, then i ended up waiting for over a month plus then finally the bill arrived.

However, when I opened it I saw that it was someone else’s bill for heating plus a/c condo services they also received from the same heating plus cooling supplier! I figured this lady must have my bill since I have theirs, then there was something easily amiss with the local heating plus a/c supplier billing department; however, so I picked up the iPhone plus provided them a call.

I told them what had happened plus that I did not get my bill plus ended up with someone else’s bill… After they put me on hold for around 10 minutes to look into it, the heating plus a/c supplier billing department came back on line plus said that there was a mix up in their ipad method plus in fact the bills were going out to the wrong people. So what they did was just tell me my bill plus how much I owed for the heating plus a/c condo services I got from them to repair my central heating plus cooling system. I also just paid it with a debit card over the iPhone plus that was the end of it. They said that they were in the process of fixing the errors that have been happening plus that the next time I get heating plus a/c condo services, I should definitely get the proper bill.
