The HVAC company needs to upgrade their website

When I bought a new central heating, ventilation as well as A/C plan a few months ago it came with a rebate; then the only thing and catch about this rebate was that in order to get it you had to go to their website online and fill out a form, and when I tried to do this their website was not actually working correctly! I must have spent over a half an hour messing with it to fill out the form and then it just would not work.

I had to call the heating, ventilation as well as A/C supplier and tell them what was going on with their website. I did not want to miss out on this rebate for the central heating, ventilation as well as A/C plan I had just bought! They had to call some website designer tech or something such as that to task on the website to repair it. I had only a month to fill out the form to get the rebate for the central heating, ventilation as well as A/C plan I had just bought… So I was hoping they would get it fixed before the due date for the rebate ran out; lucky for me by the next morning they had the website fixed and I was able to fill out the form and get my rebate for the central heating, ventilation as well as A/C plan I bought through them. I was starting to suppose it was a scam and that this website dealer was just a way to not provide the rebate promised. But I was wrong. It was a real website issue and they got it fixed within twenty multiple hours.
