When I was waiting for my heating and air conditioning repair bill to arrive so I could pay it, it was taking a while.
I ended up waiting for over a week and then finally the bill arrived.
However when I opened it I saw that it was someone else’s bill for heating and air conditioning home services they received from the same heating and cooling company! I figured this person must have my bill since I have theirs. There was something really amiss with the local heating and air conditioning company billing department. So I picked up the phone and gave them a call. I told them what had happened and that I did not get my bill and ended up with someone else’s bill. After they put me on hold for around 10 minutes to look into it, the heating and air conditioning company billing department came back on the phone line and said that there was a mix up in their computer system and in fact the bills were going out to the wrong people. So what they did was just tell me my bill and how much I owed for the heating and air conditioning home services I got from them to repair my central heating and cooling system. I just paid it with a credit card over the phone and that was the end of it. They said that they were in the process of fixing the errors that have been happening and that the next time I get heating and air conditioning home services, I should get the correct bill.
