Today is one of those dreary gray days with the temps looking like they won’t go above 50F, so I will have to keep my central heating on and stay warm in the flat.
It’s a good time to make a big pot of chicken soup as it is a good comfort food on days like this.
I have the feeling I already made some a while back and froze it, so I need to take a look through the freezer and see if I can find it in a tupperware container. I like to eat some good bread with the soup, but I am out of bread so I’ll have to hit the local business and get some. My HVAC specialist gave me the recipe for the soup a while back and I made a big pot of it but I am not sure if I ate it all back then. I’ll see her tomorrow when I go to work and maybe I’ll get another recipe from her as she is an amazing chef. Today I am going to program my smart thermostat for the coming winter and also clean the HEPA filter in the main unit. I don’t think that I have cleaned it for several months and I am sure it is going to be dirty and filled with dust. I will train my friend today at 5pm on the beach and then just take it easy the rest of the evening as tomorrow is going to be a big day of sports with all of my friends.
