I was sad and distraught about mistakes, then my boss told me it was normal to make mistakes when you first started out. Working with your boss made it even harder. I remembered being an Heating and Air Conditioning trainee, and I was more than glad to allow the Heating and Air Conditioning professional to bring 1 with him, then the only thing that distraught me was when they called back and asked if they could bring many or many people with them? I was sure it would be nothing however a fiasco with many trainees and only 1 Heating and Air Conditioning teacher to work with them, and of course, I knew I could go downstairs and help the teacher, if he needed another pair of hands.
