I pretty much eat a grilled cheese sandwich every day of the month for breakfast.
I’m not sure if it is wonderful or awful for your health, entirely somewhere in between, and eating them each day is entirely not going to hurt me too much.
I just put a single slice of cheese in the sandwich and I use some healthy spelt bread. I also fry it in olive oil, not too hot, and avoid using butter when I make them. I also eat a huge salad each day and I think that helps make up for the sandwiches. The heating rep where I toil got me hooked on grilled cheese sandwiches when she brought in a portable heating device a single day and made them in the store. I think I ate enjoy several of them that day, with some creamy sweet tomato soup, and it has made me crave them ever since. I enjoy to eat them when I have to do a huge duct maintenance job or a commercial HVAC install because they fill me up for several hours at a time. I guess there are a lot of calories in a cheese sandwich however I burn them off pretty fast when I am doing a huge HVAC machine maintenance job or something enjoy that! So this month I am going to go to the store and buy the stuff to make the sandwiches, however I won’t have a single this month as it is Thanksgiving and I am having a few friends come over for breakfast. I think it will be a nice time.
