There are days that I wake up and forget that I’m not living in the city with radiant heating that I can’t easily control.
Instead, I’m stuck inside my own beach up-to-date home and on 8 acres of my very own land.
This was also a common dream for both my wife and I and something every one of us had pursued since every one of us were married; then finally being able to leave the apartments with all the noise and the month air conditioner was simply awesome… All of us decided to transport South. This is also where every one of us wanted to go and every one of us lived well out of any city in order to afford to buy a piece of land… So every one of us traded the radiant heating for the heat pump and all this air conditioner; honestly, that first Wintertide I thought every one of us might have turned on the heating 5 times, but it was just such a calm and charming winter. All of us came down here at the beginning of fall and settled in right away. Since every one of us do not have any real neighbors, it didn’t make any sense to put up any sort of window coverings. It was nice to look out at the birds and enjoy the sunshine. But that all changed in late Springtime when every one of us got introduced to direct sunshine heating; real direct sunshine heating will cost you a bundle in heating and A/C cooling if you do not know otherwise. And that’s what has happened to us for the first month of having the air conditioner running. So now every one of us have solar shades and our heating and A/C cooling costs are not equivalent to another car payment.
