Selling a house is not an easy thing to do in any circumstance.
But when it’s the first time you’ve done it after living more than 30 years in the same place, it’s a extreme undertaking.
Honestly, I genuinely didn’t think where to begin. After spending several minutes inside the central air conditioner of kitchen discussing the pros and cons of selling, the people I was with and I finally decided to sell. Thankfully, the people I was with and I have a great buddy who is a single of the best realtors in this region. It was just so nice that the people I was with and I were able to trust someone considering that the people I was with and I genuinely did not think where to beginning or what to do. The first thing our buddy did was walk through pointing out all the great things inside our house. That is a genuinely professional and respectful way to beginning that process. Because before long, the people I was with and I had to get down to what needed to be changed. One of those things was obviously replacing the residential Heating, Ventilation & A/C. This was not a shock to either my partner or I considering that Heating, Ventilation & A/C unit was original unit when the people I was with and I bought the house. Actually, my partner and I had the heating and cooling unit installed just after buying the house. So the fact that the people I was with and I got more than 30 years out of that Heating, Ventilation & A/C unit is remarkable. But so much of that credit goes to the Heating, Ventilation & A/C company and consistent Heating, Ventilation & A/C maintenance. I will say that I was stunned by what up-to-date residential Heating, Ventilation & A/C and the latest in Heating, Ventilation & A/C technology was able to do for the value of our home. The people I was with and I got so much more then I thought the people I was with and I were going to get for our cabin and a lot of that is due to the Heating, Ventilation & A/C unit update.
