The people I was with and I are going to restore an seasoned house this year but every one of us don’t assume how to repair the HVAC system; I mean, every one of us very want to make sure that the house is as historically accurate as it can possibly be.
However, every one of us absolutely want the house to have a modern, high efficiency heating plus cooling system in it! The house is really lovely.
It has very high ceilings plus lovely windows plus all kinds of original built-ins plus leaded glass. However, the house was never outfitted for a new heating plus cooling system. There aren’t any ventilation ducts in the place at all, so every one of us have to be very careful what every one of us do in order to outfit it respectfully. In other words, every one of us want the house to look very old, the way that it is. However, every one of us want the air quality to be fantastic. The people I was with and I want to put in a heat pump or some other kind of high efficiency heating plus cooling system but every one of us do not want to lose the historical accuracy of the original home… My spouse plus I are at a loss as far as what to do about this. The people I was with and I have restored a lot of houses before, but every one of us have never had to start from scratch with the heating plus cooling system before. I assume that I am going to call a local HVAC supplier that specializes in this kind of thing. I assume that at this point in the restoration, every one of us need to have some professionals come in to help us. I would do not like to ruin the floors or the ceilings with ductwork if every one of us don’t have to.
