This is my time of year when it comes to the Heating, Ventilation & A/C

It’s so great not to dread this time of year any longer… When the people I was with and I lived up north, at least Christmas was a bit of a distraction from all the cold! But once the people I was with and I passed the holiday season, the snow, ice and brutally low temperatures could not be ignored, but thankfully, the house the people I was with and I lived in had genuinely wonderful Heating, Ventilation & A/C equipment.

The gas oil furnace did a great task all the way up until the people I was with and I actually decided to move! So the people I was with and I updated the gas oil furnace prior to putting the house on the market.

The people I was with and I were able to put our house on the market because I was offered early retirement. The company decided that it needed to downsize and split salaries. That meant I was in line to money in on my retirement plan with genuinely little penalty. But it still wasn’t easy leaving the zone controlled Heating, Ventilation & A/C of that office, i had spent all of my job inside that commercial Heating, Ventilation & A/C. But it was genuinely worth it given the fact that I was gifted nearly a decade of extra retirement, however once the people I was with and I sold the house, the people I was with and I set out for the south where there would be no need for a gas oil furnace. I can do without a colorless Christmas and all that stuff. I can do without all of that because I so like the fact that Winter time comes with charming weather down here. While the people I was with and I may get a freezing snap here and there, the heat pump pretty much stays dormant through the winter. But of course, the other side of that coin is the fact that the people I was with and I need air conditioner for up to 8 weeks a year. Still, I would rather deal with the heat of Summer than the deep freezing of a northern winter.
