My fiance were condo hunting, and the first thing he asked when we walked into a condo was, if the realtor could tell him anything about the Heating as well as Air Conditioning system; Most of the time, the realtor had a packet of information for us, and it gave information on everything from the appliances to the Heating as well as Air Conditioning system, to the sewer, then all of us were in 1 condo that looked to be in a state of disrepair.
