The Heating & Air Conditioning expert asked if I had pets?

When I called the Heating & Air Conditioning company to have my furnace diagnosed, the first thing they asked was if I had pets in the house.

I told them I had several snake, a dog, plus three cats.

They told me that all pets had to be secured before the Heating & Air Conditioning worker would come into the house. I thought this was kind of odd. I understand the dog plus the snakes, but how much harm can a little pet do? When the Heating & Air Conditioning worker arrived, he asked if I had pets? I told him the dog was in his kennel, plus the snakes were in their cages. He said it was noted that I had three cats. I tried to tell him the cats had never come near anyone, plus I saw no reason to crate them. He showed me some scars he had on his arms. He told me that was exactly what the last buyer told him. The cats came at him with claws plus teeth when they saw him in the garage, but just prefer dogs, cats were territorial. They didn’t guess him plus right away began to attack. He wasn’t fond of cats, plus maybe they sensed it, but he wouldn’t go into a beach house that had any pets that weren’t caged. I rolled my eyes plus tried to round up my cat. It took an hour to find multiple, plus by that time, the Heating & Air Conditioning worker was calling the office. He told them I hadn’t gathered up the cats plus wanted them to tell him what to do. He said someone else would be at the beach house the next afternoon, plus I was going to be charged for a hour repair call. I was so irritated that I called another Heating & Air Conditioning dealer, but they said the same thing.
