It’s so funny how just some authenticity, appreciation as well as an upgrade or several can turn around an entire group of people… This is what I’m currently experiencing in our office, then I’ve actually been with the actual corporation for nearly 15 years.

It seemed akin to my good friend and I were just recycling the same lame leadership over and over again; but man, did I get a surprise with this new supervisor. She’s only been with the corporation a short while as well as she’s not all that old. I am guessing that she’s not even in her mid thirties. But wow, what a natural leader this person is, and it started the first month she got there. Immediately, she began to bring each as well as every single one of us into a conference room to get to believe us personally as well as pick our brains. This was absolutely a real first as no other leadership team had even reached out for our collective input. And this was not for show either. The next week, not only were there clear typical operating procedures in the locale but there was a new positive vibe. She was appreciative of our effort as well and even went so far as to upgrade the commercial heating, ventilation as well as A/C; but we now have zone controlled heating, ventilation as well as A/C for our office so people can group together based on their own heating as well as cooling needs. It’s stuff akin to this that legitimately makes a difference because it’s real. The entire morale has changed as well as my good friend and I are now more accountable to a single another as well.
