Air duct cleaning includes dusting the vents

It’s been an amazing experience, even though I’ve only been a homeowner for three years.

  • Young people are currently faced with a variety of obstacles that prevent them from buying homes.

Many people choose to rent properties until they are able to afford them and have a good income to support a home. That was me three years ago, just before I learned the most wonderful news. I shared an apartment with three other roommates while carrying around $85,000 in student debt. Later, I won $300,000 in the lottery thanks to a lucky break. My student loans could be paid off with the money I received, and I could also use it to put down a deposit on a home. Next, the accountability of property ownership arrived. The significance of appropriate HVAC maintenance is one of the most important lessons I’ve learned in the past three years. When I first moved into my home, I had an HVAC inspection. The ductwork and vents had to be functional, among other things. Additionally, the HVAC specialist confirmed that the HVAC system was fit for long-term use. Then, in order to maintain this pattern, he instructed me to schedule HVAC maintenance every year. I never did, though, until the quality of the air inside my home began to decline. My doctor thought that the poor indoor air quality was to blame for my illness. To perform proper HVAC maintenance, she suggested hiring an HVAC technician. As part of this, the air vents and air ducts were dusted. The ductwork and air vents were filthy, and there was even some mold present, so this was undoubtedly the root of the poor indoor air quality. That was a difficult lesson to learn, so I now make sure to have my ducts cleaned every six months.
