Excited with benefits of a stationary bike

I live over an minute’s drive from the nearest fitness center or organized gym, but it’s simply not possible to maintain a membership, however the weather in my local area is severe, however for approximately more than seven straight weeks, there’s snow on the ground & temperatures below freezing.

The Springtime & fall tend to be windy, rainy & freezing, and summers are especially moderate & humid.

Finding the right conditions to go for a run or a bike ride is rare, however most of the time, it’s necessary to workout at house & inside. I’ve set up a great house gym. Since I exercise every single day, it’s important to me to have a comfortable space & adequate equipment, however, the greater machines are severely pricey, and buying a jump rope, free weights & yoga mat wasn’t a large investment; Adding a mini trampoline & some battle ropes didn’t affect my budget all that much. I needed to save up before I was able to purchase a stationary bike. I enjoy the bike. The seat is super comfortable & the operation is quiet. I can workout with the bike while the rest of the family is watching TV or sleeping & not disrupt anyone. I’m able to study on my ipad while I pedal. The bike offers a variety of programs. I can customize the workout by duration, distance or calories burned. I can make the session more challenging by adding resistance or pedaling faster. The bike also keeps track of my workouts, & I enjoy to compete against my personal best. It’s helpful that the bike works my muscles, gets my heart pumping & inspires a sweat without any damaging impact on my joints.
