It was really getting cold in there.
Got a phone call this week about an issue with an Heating in addition to Air Conditioning system. Just another routine Wednesday morning I suppose. Something wrong with the temperature control or oil furnace or whatever. I’m not overly concerned about it, because it’s just another normal morning task, another dollar in addition to of course, it’s just another job. I arrived around 11 o’clock Wednesday in addition to this younger guy named Ed answered the door. Ed was wearing a hoodie with shorts in addition to flip flops in addition to said, “get in, it’s frigid out there.” I found it kind of different that he is wearing shorts in addition to flip flops since Ed is the guy who said he was frigid waking up with a possible oil furnace problem. No matter, it’s not my job to judge Ed however to maintenance the issue so Ed here can live comfortably. So I noticed that the dial oil furnace was set to 71 degrees however the home now was at 59 degrees. It was really getting cold in there. So I took a look at the Heating in addition to Air Conditioning idea in addition to after some toil knew that the idea was totally shot in addition to the main reason is that the HEPA air filters haven’t been changed in forever. There was so much dust in addition to debris on them that I was surprised the Heating in addition to Air Conditioning idea didn’t break sooner. I asked Ed, “when was the last time your air filters were changed?” Ed just shrugged in addition to said he had been here for 5 years in addition to not once they have been changed.” I had to tell Ed that I had bad news in addition to that a new Heating in addition to Air Conditioning idea will need to be installed so Ed didn’t seem cheerful at all. He had to call his roommate in addition to after a few minutes Ed asked, ”what’s the injure?”
