For sure, we didn’t build our household just to stay a while & then sell it, and that was not the idea at all when we decided to build this home, then in fact, we lived in a actually small, two kitchen house with so so central a/c for a long time to make all this happen.
The idea for this household was to be the stadium that we spent our lives; So we wanted to make sure that we had all the things we would need for the long haul, and we’re in our early 40’s & so there is a lot of time left for us to occupy this house, however and we for sure went with the long term in mind when we chose our heating & cooling equipment.

It was an easy option to pick the geothermal heat pump really… But it wasn’t quite as easy to find an Heating, Ventilation plus A/C professional who had direct experience when it came to installing a geo heat pump. The replacement includes a buried loop that holds refrigerant which extracts the heating & cooling energy from the earth. This has to be installed quite precisely. It took us a while to find the right Heating, Ventilation plus A/C supplier for the job. But wow, this guy did such a wonderful job. We’re actually so excited to have the a/c on this Summer. And that’s unheard of around here.
