I was curious as to how they handled cooling during the summer, and she informed me that they turned it off and used an air conditioner, but since it was generally cool, they kept the floors warm. They also had a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) technician repair the AC and heating system when the weather became warmer, despite the fact that it would not be used. This was done to keep all options open for their customers. I almost hired an expert from my heating company to repair a similar device in my home.
