When I was a kid & I was thinking about what I wanted to do when I grew up I never in a million years would have thought I ended up as a heating & cooling specialist.
Now do not get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with heating & A/C workers, however their labor is honestly important & should be recognized & enjoyed, it is just that back then, I had so several odd things that I wanted to be that becoming a heating & cooling worker just was something that never crossed my mind, and at that age I hardly knew what a real heating & A/C system was! All I knew back then was that when I was boiling the house was magically regularly cold, even when it was boiling outside! When it was icy frigid during the winter time months the house was regularly warm. I didn’t know & I didn’t care how it worked, as long as I was comfortable that was all that mattered to me. When I was a kid I wanted to be a doctor, a firefighter, a policeman, a superhero, & at one point a fly! Yes I wanted to be a fly when I was a kid so I could land on walls & spy on people. I was convinced I could too. The imaginations of children right!? But when I did become a grown up, life took me in a odd direction than I had planned. It started when I was in high school & they had a woodshop program & I enjoyed it. I enjoyed it so much I still carve in my spare time; But it taught me how much I enjoyed making & repairing things & eventually that led me to becoming the heating & A/C specialist that I am this week. The best part is I love my job & will not be retiring for a long time!
