HVAC Tips for All

Today I will simply just work slowly plus steadily to get my work finished for the afternoon plus then maybe go out for a little ride when the temps drop later.

Today is Monday plus I am feeling a bit under the weather. No, absolutely I feel amazing plus I have never been healthier! I will just talk positively plus cleanse my body with great energy while it rests plus restores itself. It is really easy to fall into the pessimistic trap plus talk yourself down all of the time, however all that does is perpetuate the cycle plus create more problems down the road. My body just needs to go through the recovery cycle to prove that it has a strong immune system, so I will just write my heating plus cooling system stories plus feel great about life. Today I will simply just work slowly plus steadily to get my work finished for the afternoon plus then maybe go out for a little ride when the temps drop later. My cooling corp worker friend just canceled her stay here tonight after hearing about my thingy I have, plus now she is going to try plus visit me next weekend after her HVAC unit meeting. It will just be me plus my cats, plus my flatmate plus her cat, for the week plus I will let my body tell me how it is feeling. I have a HEPA filter in my main HVAC system plus I am running the fan only right now to scrub the air, plus maybe later I’ll kick on the air conditioner to cool me down if it gets too hot in this flat, then just stay calm plus talk positively when you are not feeling good plus you’ll feel good much faster.

I am limping along this afternoon with my work as I try to ignore my frigid that struck me like a train last night before going to bed.

This afternoon I feel some chest congestion, a sore throat, a fever plus headache, plus I am generally just exhausted plus feel like sleeping the whole afternoon.

I suppose I did too much this weekend plus didn’t sleep enough plus my body finally caved in to whatever germs were entering it. I was supposed to have a great heating rep friend visit me tonight. However, that may not even happen, however my HEPA filter is at least cleaning the air plus hopefully improving the indoor air quality in this locale while I work. It’s really funny because it isn’t like I have tons of women beating down my door to meet me, plus when one finally decides to come visit me I am too sick to have her stay here. Am I doomed for eternity to be residing alone with cats? I am 56 years seasoned now plus I have noticed a huge difference in the amount of women that are available for me. My dating pool has shrunk down to a thin puddle on a hot summer time street, just like the cooling corp owner, who got divorced five years ago plus is still on his own. Oh well, I had my opportunity with various loves in life however kept pushing them away till nobody came knocking on my door. Now it is also just me plus my HVAC system running in the background, along with my two faithful cats!

We are piecing things together this afternoon as my associate and I recover from the catastrophe of last night with the cats.

My flatmate’s cat is basically locked up in her living room all of the time because it attacks my two little cats if she lets it out.

It is too disappointing because her cat is really lonely and wants to be around my cats, however its own fear is keeping it from living a fuller plus happier life (a great life lesson for us all). I can also feel the grip of fear with me plus how it shrinks my life. Cooling plus heating repairs are a straight-forward thing to do your whole life, however if I never take the opportunity to explore new guidelines in life then I may end up being a heating pro the rest of my life plus end up having lots of regrets. I also typically wanted to go into rock n roll when I was younger however didn’t for fear of not making enough money to live plus becoming a failure in life. My HVAC supplier has some people toiling there who could be really talented in the performing arts for different reasons, however a lot of them choose to just work on heating plus cooling devices plus not take the chance. I simply feel this sometimes when I see a pretty lady that I could talk to, plus I later regret not taking the opportunity when the opportunity presented itself. My cooling rep said he feels the same thing plus that he needs to split the mold plus try to open up more. Ahh crazy life.

I just hope that my friend understands plus doesn’t suppose I am trying to hide something by not having her stay here

I assume I caught some bug from someone this past weekend plus today I am feeling the brunt of it. It feels kind of like the flu or something, as my whole body is aching plus my throat is pretty scratchy. I will do the normal protocol for a frigid plus rest a lot while drinking a bunch of lemon water plus just enjoying it all. The body gets sick plus this is a part of life, so not worrying or getting aggravated will easily help me recover a bit faster plus not suffer as much, but my HVAC tech friend is supposed to be coming tonight for this heating supplier convention, however I suppose I better tell her to stay in a hotel or something plus not risk catching what I have. It is way too disappointing though because we’ve been planning on this visit for months, plus the night before she was to arrive I came down with an illness that I haven’t felt in years. The cooling worker told me not to confront what happens plus just go with the flow on it, plus I agree with her as I run my whole household UV air purifier to help remove some of the disappointing stuff floating around the flat today. I just hope that my friend understands plus doesn’t suppose I am trying to hide something by not having her stay here. I’d rather retire to my bed early with my mini split air conditioner unit plus a great book plus call it a night. Life is a funny and crazy journey sometimes isn’t it?

I’m not one to gripe plus complain however my flatmate’s cat was meowing outside my living room door loudly from about 3am till 6am. On top of that I started coming down with a flu or something, plus when you combine my lack of sleep plus sickness I am pretty sore today. To add fuel to the flames, my friend is supposed to be staying with me tonight for an afternoon or two before she heads to another location for dancing school. I don’t want to get her sick though so I told her that it is better not to come. Indoor air quality is not looking great today in this flat as my two cats were locked in the guest living room and relieved themselves, including on the mini split air conditioner unit, plus all over the floor plus the bed. Needless to say, this main afternoon was not so fun waking up, or not waking up to, plus now my guest may suppose I am crazy for canceling the afternoon she is to arrive. Like the HEPA filter sales lady told me though, life can throw you curveballs plus you just need to stay calm plus take it in stride; I’ve cleaned up all of the mess in the guest room plus my roommate is washing the sheets where the cats went, so it is all coming back together again. My main HVAC system is running to clear the air quality in this locale plus it should all be great again soon. I can’t really tell if it smells though because I have no sense of smell!
